We strive to deliver within the specified time frames; however, please note we have no control over delays caused by the courier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate after receiving the email. If you have not received this email, please check your spam inbox. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you have not received your email. 

Please get in touch with the carrier to see if you can change the address or delivery date. If you cannot do so, numerous attempts will be made, and if delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Once we receive your order, it will be processed as a return and you will be refunded within 10-15 working days.
