Do you accept refunds?
Due to health and safety reasons, we can only accept refunds if the item is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office and Citizens Advice Bureau. If you have any questions about the returns procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
How do I return a faulty item?
Contact customer services via the contact form or customer.services@sam-underwear.com with images of the fault, order number, name and address. We will cover postage.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item/s.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
At present, we do not have an exchange service. If you want a different size or colour, place a new order. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving the item.
